            • We cater for all levels from beginner to competitive gymnast.
            • Gymnasts will progress through the British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards Scheme. And subject to ability can attend ‘trials’ for the competitive club 
            • All classes are subject to availability

Beginner Classes

Monday – Sessions – 4-5pm (U6’s),   5-6 pm(U10’s),   6-7pm (U18’s) &   7-8 pm – (U18’s)

Wednesday – 5-6 pm – Under 8’s Only

Wednesday – 6-7 pm – Under 10’s Only

Friday 4.30-5.30 pm – Under 6’s Only

Adult Sessions

(Restarting Tuesday 23rd January 2024) 

Adult (Age 16+) sessions  – Trampoline

 Tuesday – 8 – 9 pm

Adults must be a recreational member of British Gymnastics associated to Jump UK

Adult Sessions are pay as you go
